Dear parents,
I’d formally like to say on behalf of all of the Elevate Life church family, It is an honor to serve you and your family through our Lord Jesus Christ.
The big day is coming up and we honor the duty as mother and father who want to partner with God as they commit their children unto Him. Scripture says this; Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. - Proverbs 22:6.
We would like to meet you and your little one(s) at the check in table located in our foyer at the Hub info center.
What’s Next:
1. Who to bring: your little one.
Please be sure your child is Present With Mom, Dad, and/or relative/loved ones. The more witnesses just add all the more beauty.
2. You don’t want to forget a Camera to Capture the beautiful moment.
Your family is welcomed to join you up front when your child’s name is called. Please arrive no later than 10:30 to check in.
3. Upon check in, verify your child's correct spelling of their full name or what you would like written on the certificate.
4. You may check in your child to the nursery or Sunday school after the baby dedication has taken place if you desire.

•10:15 Check In @ HUB INFO CENTER TABLE ( look for baby dedication sign)
•10:30am Please grab a seat with your family nearest to Altar for easier commuting upon announcements.
•11-11:20am Stand by for ELC Worship Service
•11:30am Assemble at the Altar upon a Pastors announced Invitation. Make your way to the front of the altar area and stand facing the congregation when child’s name is called. You may have a family member take pictures during this time as well as after.
We would like to urge you to be On Time. We Bless you and your Children and are so excited to be a part of this special day.
